Speakers’ preview rooms
Located in South Wing, Level 0 and in North Wing, Level +1.
The Speakers’ Preview Rooms are open to assist presenters of Congress Scientific Programme, Free Communications Sessions, ILDS Member Society & Ancillary Group Meetings.
Please, ensure you provide the final version of your presentation a minimum of four (4) hours prior to your scheduled presentation times.

| Monday, 10 June | from 7:00 to 17:00 |
| Tuesday, 11 June | from 6:30 to 18:30 |
| Wednesday, 12 June | from 7:00 to 19:30 |
| Thursday, 13 June | from 7:00 to 19:30 |
| Friday, 14 June | from 7:00 to 19:00 |
| Saturday, 15 June | from 7:00 to 12:00 |
